It takes two people to run a relationship. No more and no less. People can say what they want, give their opinions and reasons, and tell what they think that needs to be heard in order to look out for someone. But, none of that can change a person’s feelings. The best relationship is when it’s just you and him. You know how you feel, and only you. People can try to imagine what it’s like, but they will never understand. You may have a lot of experience, or close to none at all. But, recognize when love is real. The only opinion that matters to him, is yours. Mistakes are made to be learned from, and you can’t dwell on the past forever. You don’t love him for only what he is, but for what you are when you are with him.
